ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Residents of Rochester are sharing concerns after saying their refuse and recyclables haven’t been picked up on the scheduled days.
The City of Rochester said new routes took effect last week, which is causing some delays. But residents told News 8 they’re getting the runaround and not really getting answers.
