A repeat drug offender has been arrested once again in Santa Rosa, leading to the seizure of controlled substances and cash. According to a social media post by the Santa Rosa Police Department, Eyobell Solomon, a 28-year-old Santa Rosa resident, was stopped by the Downtown Enforcement Team (DET) last Tuesday. Solomon, recognized by officers as being on felony pretrial services for a previous narcotics arrest, was subjected to a comprehensive search as dictated by the terms of his pretrial services.
Packaged for sale, suspected Adderall and roughly $7,000 in cash were found concealed in Solomon’s vehicle by DET officers, who knew him on sight. The officers, presumably acting within the scope of their authority, facilitated the narcotics team’s involvement, which led to the discovery. A further investigation prompted the execution of a search warrant at Solomon’s residence in the 2100 block of Bock Street, Santa Rosa. Searching the residence later that evening, narcotics detectives uncovered approximately 25 bottles of suspected Promethazine packaged for sale alongside an additional $110,000 in cash, a controlled substance known to be a Schedule V narcotic…
