TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man is facing numerous charges for allegedly holding a family against their will through threats of violence and assaulting multiple kids.
A Lucas County grand jury indicted Michael Richardson, 33, of Toledo, on Dec. 23 for an incident on Dec. 16.
Affidavits say he wouldn’t let a mother and her children, 7 and 13, leave an apartment – striking a 13-year-old boy in the face and using “a threat of force by threatening all 3 with a pistol and even slamming the arm of the victim’s mother in a side door as she attempted to flee with her children.”…
