In 2020, about five years before her death, hair-and-beauty mogul Sydell Miller of Palm Beach paid a combined $42.56 million for two unfinished condominiums that encompassed the entire top floor of then-new The Bristol tower on the waterfront in West Palm Beach.
Miller later combined the two units into a dramatic and sizable penthouse, which has just hit the market at a top-drawer price of $78.9 million — nearly double what Miller paid for both condos.
