RICHMOND, Va. (WDBJ) – Abigail Spanberger will make history when she is sworn in January 17 and becomes the first female governor of Virginia.
Once she takes the oath of office, she will be responsible for filling any vacancies on the Board of Visitors at schools across the Commonwealth.
