CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — A Carmel man was charged Monday in connection to an early Sunday road rage incident on I-465 that led to a report of shots being fired, according to Carmel Police Department and online court records.
Thomas Wayne Ferguson, 37, was booked into the Hamilton County jail in Noblesville on Sunday night, online records show.
