MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis grandmother caring for five grandchildren received an early helping of holiday cheer on Tuesday from a local business.
After an unexpected loss of her two daughters within three months of each other, Brenda Diggs, 68, now has custody of a 12-year-old, twin 14-year-olds, and two 15-year-olds, who are all boys.
