ELK GROVE, Calif. — A woman killed Saturday night in an Elk Grove hit-and-run has been identified, and her family remembers her as someone who was kind, thoughtful and creative.
Sundi Washington-Wolff, 25, of Sacramento, died from the crash along the 9100 block of Bruceville Road, according to the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.
