DES MOINES, Iowa (KCCI) – A man has died after being hit by a vehicle in Des Moines’ Drake neighborhood Tuesday night. The vehicle fled the scene, KCCI reports.
Authorities responded to the intersection of 31st Street and University Avenue just after 6 p.m. after receiving a report of a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle.
