EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A power outage is affecting over 1,000 far East El Paso residents on Tuesday, Dec. 23, according to the El Paso Electric’s website.
According to the website, the outage began at 8:39 a.m. in the Sparks area, near Eastlake Boulevard, and power is expected to be restored by 4 p.m. A total of 1,090 customers are currently being affected.
