Man arrested, charged in Kansas City I-435 road rage shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The man accused of shooting out his passenger window, striking another driver on I-435, is behind bars.

Court records show Dorian Fuel Jr. faces first-degree assault, two counts of armed criminal action, and one count of unlawful use of a weapon in the Dec. 16 shooting in the area of I-435 and Woodland Avenue.

Kansas City police responded to the scene and found a man pulled to the side of the highway suffering a gunshot wound to his leg and numerous bullet holes on the driver’s side of the victim’s vehicle.

According to court records, detectives — relying on witness reports and surveillance footage — determined the Fuel followed the victim’s vehicle from a gas station and then allegedly fired at the car while both were driving on I-435…
