KAPLAN, La. (KLFY) — A major economic development project is set to bring new investment and jobs to Vermilion Parish, as a long-vacant industrial site in Kaplan prepares for redevelopment.
City officials announced plans for a multimillion-dollar soybean processing facility that will transform the former Garan Manufacturing property into a modern, food-grade operation.
