KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A rollover crash at the on-ramp to southbound 71 Highway resulted in the death of a concrete truck driver.
The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department said the one-vehicle crash happened just before 9 a.m. Tuesday.
