JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) -Scattered showers will linger into the evening, but conditions will turn dry and stay that way through the rest of the week. As Christmas approaches, Jackson will experience unusually warm, spring-like weather. Daytime highs throughout Christmas week will climb into the mid-70s, well above normal for late December, with plenty of mild afternoons.
On Christmas Day, temperatures are expected to peak around the mid 70s, while nighttime lows will remain comfortable, only dipping into the lower 50s. Overall, it will feel more like early spring than the heart of winter across central Mississippi…
