MILWAUKEE — According to a court filing Tuesday, Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan is requesting a new trial.
A jury handed down a split verdict in the case last week, finding her guilty of federal felony obstruction, and acquitting her of misdemeanor concealment.
