COLLINSVILLE, Ill. (WICS) — Illinois State Police K9 Zeus is set to receive a bullet and stab protective vest, thanks to a donation from Vested Interest in K9s, Inc.
The non-profit organization, established in 2009, aims to provide protective vests and assistance to law enforcement dogs across the U.S. K9 Remco’s vest, sponsored by the same organization, will be embroidered with “This gift of protection provided by Vested Interest in K9s, Inc.”
