BELOIT, Wis. (WIFR) – The City of Beloit advises residents of a water main break affecting the community.
At 1:30 a.m., water resources staff responded to a water main break on the 1600 block of Grant Street. The break affected customers from the 1300 to 1600 blocks of Grant Street.
The water is currently in the process of being restored. Once service returns, the city strongly recommends that residents clean the screen or aerators on their faucets, as sediment may have entered the pipes during the outage…
