SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Springfield residents can recycle their Christmas trees at no charge starting Friday, Dec. 26, at several locations throughout the city.
The city’s Yardwaste Recycling Center in Brookline will accept live trees free of charge. Bass Pro Shops will also accept trees on Campbell across from the main store entrance. Residents can also take trees to Hansen’s Greenwaste or Wickman’s Gardens.
