WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Salina Police Department (SPD) has identified a man who was found dead in wooded area near the YMCA building last month.
Police said the passerby found the body of 60-year old, Shane T. Duffy, of Salina on Nov. 20.
SPD said Duffy died from a heart attack (atherosclerotic) “and the contributing factors were chronic substance abuse.” His manner of death was ruled accidental, and SPD said there is no indication of foul play…
