Harrisburg teen arrested after reckless driving crash near Crow

CROW, Ore. – An 18-year-old Harrisburg woman was arrested on multiple charges, including reckless driving, following a crash early Sunday morning near Crow, according to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.

LCSO officials said they responded to a reported single-vehicle crash at 1 a.m. on Dec. 21 east of Crow on Crow Road. A vehicle had plunged into a 20-foot ravine and was engulfed in flames, sheriff’s officials said. A deputy and a nearby resident climbed down the muddy bank to rescue a passenger who was injured and unable to walk. Both the driver and passenger were taken to a local hospital.

Sheriff’s deputies said that the driver, identified as Tamika Rose Luttrell, reportedly lost control while attempting to pass in a no-passing zone. The vehicle hit a tree before rolling down the embankment. Luttrell was arrested on charges including reckless driving and fourth-degree assault…
