The Newberg man alleged to be a serial car prowler found himself on the wrong side of the law and back behind bars this week.
Ronald Lee Hassler, who was arrested in October following nearly a dozen car prowls over a three-month period, was indicted Dec. 11 on a single charge of altering the title or registration on a vehicle in November.
