A man is dead and another man is in jail on murder charges following a road rage incident in Lacey on Friday, Dec. 19.
Tucker S. Shirk, 24, of Lacey, is accused of fatally shooting Eddie Y. Park, 48, also of Lacey, in the 2400 block of Marvin Rd. NE.
