A Washington, D.C. man pleaded guilty Monday in a January 2023 shooting that killed a 3-year-old girl and left four teenagers wounded in Dumfries.
Kenyatta Lee Oglesby, 23, entered pleas to second-degree murder with a plea agreement to a 40-year prison term and four counts of aggravated malicious wounding, Prince William County Commonwealth’s Attorney Amy Ashburn’s office said in a release. There was no agreement to sentencing on the wounding charges.
