CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The Old Exchange Building in downtown Charleston is getting a major facelift, and it’s all about preserving history.
The 254-year-old landmark is undergoing a $100,000 renovation aimed at maintaining the building’s colonial charm, just in time for the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
