DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – There will be free food and hot soup at the Good Neighbor House parking lot on this Tuesday.
Organizers said the event will be held on Dec. 23 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Volunteers from Access to Excess will be serving the soup alongside food to anyone who needs it.
