Crossbow attack kills N.J. father walking down the street. ‘We are completely shattered.’

The Hudson County man fatally struck by an arrow in Kearny Saturday was shot in the back with a crossbow through a window, court documents show.

Oscar Feijoo, 44, of Kearny, is accused of fatally shooting Pablo Criollo, 45, of Harrison, and then setting his own house on fire during a lengthy police standoff, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said.

Feijoo has been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree aggravated arson and second- and fourth-degree weapons offenses…
