BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – A man is accused of threatening a Baldwin County Sheriff’s deputy, according to court documents.
Investigators say 44-year-old Henry Coby Jr. walked up to a sheriff’s deputy who was parked in a marked Tahoe and asked the deputy why they were in the area.
Court documents said the deputy was observing a residence linked to a wanted person.
Authorities said Coby told the deputy, “If you come around here again, you’re gonna get f***** up.”…
