(FOX40.COM) — Several men were arrested after video footage at Ulta showed them walking out the doors with stolen Gucci, Chanel, and other designer perfumes days before Christmas. • Video Above: How much will Americans spend during the holidays? On Tuesday, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Ulta at Howe ‘Bout Arden after a group of men entered the store and stole several bottles of perfume and cologne valued at more than $950.
