Davinci Leonard, 23, is accused of fatally shooting two people outside the restaurant at 500 Westgate Drive in Brockton on March 22, according to authorities.
Police were called to the fast-food restaurant after multiple people dialed 911 to report that a 15-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man had been shot. Paramedics rushed them to area hospitals, but both later died from their injuries.
