DES MOINES, Iowa — A 19-year-old was arrested in connection to a shooting in the Drake Neighborhood Sunday afternoon.
The Des Moines Police Department said officers responded to a report of a shooting just after 4 p.m. near 22nd Street and Washington Avenue.

According to the DMPD, the suspect, now identified as 19-year-old Abisai Carrillo, allegedly fired a gun at occupants in a car. No injuries were reported.
On Tuesday afternoon the DMPD said officers located Carrillo riding in a vehicle. Officers were able to stop the vehicle and take Carrillo into custody.
