LUBBOCK, Texas — The Veterans Food Bank of Lubbock held its first Veterans Holiday Food Box Event on Saturday, Dec. 20, helping more than 60 veteran families.
Darlene Snider, Veterans Food Bank of Lubbock Director worked with various local businesses and volunteers to collect food donations for the event. Snider shared how important community support played a key role in making the distribution possible.
