ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The Cahokia Heights Police Department is investigating after a man was found dead Tuesday evening.
According to police, officers responded to a call for shots fired around 7 p.m. in the 100 block of St. James Lane on Tuesday.
