ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A judge has dismissed Bosque Brewing Company’s bankruptcy case due to excessive debt.
An attorney for the brewery chain said the company would not oppose the motion to dismiss. That ended a two-month-long effort to restructure its debt.
