ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Two men accused of street racing are back on the streets after a judge released them with conditions.
Obeth Palomino Contreras and Yair Torres-Tavezon face charges of reckless driving and fleeing law enforcement. Bernalillo County deputies reported that the men were racing on Jefferson near Hawkins and attempted to escape when deputies tried to stop them.
