He’s bringing his bagel skills to Ann Arbor after living in New York for 10 years

ANN ARBOR, MI — Max Sussman, owner of Bev’s Bagels, grew up in Huntington Woods outside Detroit and moved to New York City for its diversity of food and number of highly trained chefs.

He stayed about 10 years and brought his cooking skills back to Michigan.

Now, he is now opening another bagel shop in Ann Arbor…
