TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A new events venue will open its doors in Troy at the end of this month. Evermore Hall will be located inside the Ilium Building on Fulton Street.

The venue was founded by Andy Pevzner and his wife Cassidy. Pevzner, who also owns Ilium Brewing Co., said the two have been dreaming of entering the hospitality industry since they planned their own wedding in 2019.
“Ever since then, we’ve had this love for hospitality and putting on big, fun events for people,” Pevzner said.
The venue is located on the fifth floor of the historic Ilium Building, which had been constructed in 1904. The building has been undergoing major restorations, leaving Evermore Hall with 20-foot-high ceilings, wall-to-wall windows with 360 degree views of Troy, whitewashed brick and original hardwood floors and ceiling beams…
