MENANDS, N.Y. (WRGB) — More than 250 families dropped off donations for pets at the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society in Menands during the 13th annual Morning of Kindness.
They donated food, supplies, and toys for the pets—not only to ensure the animals are well cared for, but also to teach young kids the importance of doing something kind during the holidays.
These donations come at a time when the Humane Society is seeing an uptick in the need for its pet food pantry…
