HOOVER – As Santa Claus sat in front of a large crowd filled with cousin Eddy, aunt Bethany and others dressed in Christmas attire, the Hoover City Council spread festive cheer while handling official business in its final regularly scheduled meeting of 2025.
During a meeting on Monday, Dec. 22, the Hoover City Council ended off its session with a very split decision on a zoning ordinance amendment that was put up on the agenda with favorable recommendation from the Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission.
