NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Last-minute shoppers across the Lowcountry poured into North Charleston’s Tanger Outlets to grab the final things on their Christmas lists, take advantage of last-minute deals, and ensure they’re prepared for Christmas Day.
