Owned and led by Angela Dulau-Lookretis, Aledo Grille was designed with a clear purpose. The goal was not just to open another restaurant, but to build a place where guests feel welcomed, appreciated, and excited to return. From the moment guests walk in, the focus is on creating a comfortable and elevated atmosphere that feels both inviting and thoughtfully curated.

At the heart of Aledo Grille is a menu inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and Latin influences, bringing together bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and comforting classics. The kitchen focuses on thoughtfully crafted dishes that highlight olive oil, herbs, fresh vegetables, seafood, and quality cuts of meat, all prepared with care and attention.

Guests can begin their meal with shareable starters like the mezze platter, featuring whipped feta, hummus, and tzatziki, or gambas al ajillo with shrimp sautéed in garlic, chili, and white wine.
