WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — A Wyoming man accused of pointing an air rifle at construction workers and then holing up inside his home is facing five felony charges.
The 60-year-old man, who has an extensive criminal past, was arrested Sunday evening outside his home on Thorndyke Avenue near 44th Street SW.

Several men were working on a roof next door when the man came out on a back deck, pointed an air rifle at them and began yelling, according to court records.
“The victims all feared for their lives, believing they were about to be shot,” a Wyoming police officer wrote in a probable cause affidavit. “They all dropped to the ground or fled to get behind cover, subsequently fleeing from the property, abandoning their tools in the process.”…
