Graham experiences several terminations, disciplinary actions over past 16 month

A sewer plant operator who was caught using “cannabinoids” is one of four people who’ve been dismissed from Graham’s municipal staff in the past year and a half.

According to Graham’s personnel records, this 13-year veteran of the city’s utilities staff was let go in October under the city’s “zero tolerance” policy for substance abuse in the workplace. Meanwhile, substandard performance have apparently cut short the careers of a police officer and a recreation department staff member while another police officer has been sacked for “conduct unbecoming.”
