KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — A 68-year-old woman died after a crash in Kalamazoo Wednesday afternoon, police say.
It happened at around 1:27 p.m. at the intersection of Burdick Street and Hutchinson Street, according to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
Police say that preliminary investigations show that the woman stopped at the intersection Hutchinson and Burdick and turned south on Burdick, before crashing with a vehicle headed northbound.
The woman’s car flipped multiple times, leaving her unresponsive when authorities arrived. She was extricated from the vehicle and officials made life saving measures on her, but she died at the scene, police said…
