Woman arrested after allegedly stealing $23K from a customer for cleaning services

LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster woman was arrested after her cleaning service allegedly stole over $23,000 from a customer back in March, according to a police report.

Tiffeny Binder, 48, allegedly overcharged a 79-year-old woman for cleaning services, police said.

On July 21, an officer with the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department contacted the victim in reference to the fraud. She reportedly contracted with Goodwill Helping Hands LLC and was overcharged $23,533 by the owner, Binder for cleaning services at the victim’s home in Lititz, police said…
