CLINTON, Tennessee — For many families, the holidays are about spending time together to celebrate. But for kids spending Christmas at the Isaiah 117 House, they may be celebrating a little differently this year.
“We care for children that have just come into state’s custody, that (are) waiting for foster placement,” said Andrea Townsend, Location Leader for the Anderson County Isaiah 117 House.
