LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – It is a magical and meaningful time of year for so many, and this year, that includes one Kentucky mom. Madeline Taul said she is grateful to be sharing the holidays with her brave, young son.
Her energetic toddler, Vincent Taul, was born with a condition that fewer than 100 people in the entire world live with.
