KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – With Christmas just days away, highway officials say East Tennessee drivers need to use extra caution traveling.
An analysis from Nationwide found the average driver experiences five or more distractions during a 20-mile commute, with each distraction averaging about 15 seconds at 45 mph.
