A homeless man in Groveland was arrested for driving without a license throughout the four states in which he had lived.
An officer stopped 34-year-old Josue Absalon Acosta for driving a white Dodge Caravan with no lights on State Road 50 at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, according to an arrest report from the Groveland Police Department.
When asked for his license, Acosta advised that he did not have one and was currently homeless. He had lived in California, Washington State, Montana and had just arrived in Florida, all without ever having a license. He only had ID cards out of California and Washington State, the report said…
