An explosion at a Pennsylvania nursing home on Tuesday has left 3 people dead and dozens other injured as emergency personnel raced to rescue people trapped inside the building.
The blast erupted around 2:15 p.m. at the Silver Lake Nursing Home in Bristol Township — about 30 minutes northeast of Philadelphia. A fire tore through the building, prompting a declaration of a mass casualty incident, according to the Upper Masefield Township Police Department.
