N.J. city transforming its streets into Revolutionary War battlefields just days after Christmas

Trenton will host free reenactments of two pivotal Revolutionary War battles on Saturday, Dec. 27, bringing history to life on the original battlefields where the conflicts took place.

The first reenactment is set to begin at 11 a.m. at the Battle of Trenton Monument, according to a statement issue by the city on Facebook.

The reenactment follows Warren Street south to Mill Hill Park, with the battle staged in the streets while spectators watch from sidewalks.
